Supreme Court ruling upholds Idaho's transgender athletics ban

Charges against Bode Miller dropped

The drug charges against Olympic champion Bode Miller have been dropped. Miller was driving in Fremont County on June 6 when he was stopped for speeding and was subsequently arrested for possession of a controlled substance. The passenger of the car has claimed ownership of the drugs in the vehicle (psilocybin mushrooms and marijuana), causing the charges against Miller to be dropped.

🏅 Person: Tom Mueller (1961)

The first employee of SpaceX, Tom was born in St. Maries, Idaho in 1961. An avid rocketeer from an early age, Tom graduated from the University of Idaho in 1985 and moved to California, eventually landing at TRW. In early 2002 he built the largest amateur liquid-fuel rocket engine, theoretically capable of generating 13,000 lbs of thrust. Though he never fired the engine, this exploit brought Mueller to Musk's attention and Tom Mueller became employee #1 on May 1st, 2002 and led the design of the Merlin engine. After 18 years, Mueller retired from SpaceX and subsequently launched Impulse Space to manufacture space tugs. His 0.06% stake in SpaceX is worth nearly $1.6B!
