Two 18-month-old Payette twins died a week after receiving the flu vaccine, despite warnings from their parents that their father had a severe allergy to the flu shot. Local authorities have treated the death as homicide and are actively investigating the twins' parents, but have not announced the cause of death at this time.

Now for a second time, an Idaho judge has stopped the attempts of the Attorney General's office to prevent Idaho Attorney General Raul Labrador from having to give a deposition in the case.

Avimor underpass delayed by federal investigation

The latest in many delays in the underpass planned beneath Highway 55 in the Avimor subdivision is an investigation by the US Army Corps of Engineers due to the possibility of material washing into a small seasonal tributary of a nearby creek. Approval for the underpass has been waiting on the Corps of Engineers since 2022, but has faced constant delays, seriously impacting the development.
